I was warmly greeted by Lisa at the front desk, even though our room wasn't ready yet. While the rooms may appear more modern in photos, they are uniquely comfortable and spacious, offering a great stay at the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, exuding a charming Austrian feel with lots of wood and carvings. Lisa at the front desk warmly greeted us upon arrival, although our room was not quite ready yet. The location was perfect, being central to everything in Kitzbuhel and just a short walk from the Hahnenkamm gondola. The dining experience was lovely in the medieval-looking hall, although the breakfast was more of a standard buffet style. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement.
